We all long for an expression of sexuality that’s creative and empowered but often find ourselves uninspired, depleted and, at worst, disembodied and disconnected. We dream of sexual connection that fulfills us and awakens our wildest desires, but find ourselves unsatisfied and hopeless that much will change—ashamed of our bodies and past experiences.
An authentic, awake, and fulfilling expression of sexuality is your birthright, and stepping into sacred connection with yourself and your body is the bridge to satisfaction and fulfillment. Join us for a 2 hour trauma-informed immersive workshop on sensual embodiment where you will learn to cultivate a sacred space of connection with yourself through breathwork and somatic movement, as well as how to authentically carry that unique expression of sexuality with you into relationships and beyond.
Marisa Youngblood is a mother of two and macadamia nut farm owner on the Big Island of Hawaii. She is a 500-hr yoga instructor and yoga therapist in-training, focusing on somatic practices for grief and trauma. Alongside her yoga practice she is studying research psychology with dreams to discover more about the mind-body connection, and enjoys spending her free time connecting with Mother Nature and leaning into creative practices.
