6-Session Group starting Wednesday, March 20, 2024 | 5:30-6:30 PM PST | Guest spaces available: 12 Location: Zoom The Well Lived Men Group is a weekly gathering created to foster connection and meaningful conversation among men. Led by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, each session combines educational and therapeutic elements. Topics include partnership, work, friendship, boundaries, parenting, and more. The regular meetings provide a dedicated space to explore and discuss often unspoken feelings in a safe and confidential environment. Participating in a men's group offers a valuable opportunity to enhance overall well-being by engaging with like-minded individuals. This group provides a platform to navigate life's complexities and transitions collectively. Delving into discussions about thoughts and emotions, acquiring new skills, and fostering community with fellow men can significantly bolster mental health, well-being, and a sense of connectedness. Upon sign-up you will receive an intake form to provide initial information so that the content can be tailored to the group participants. WHO THIS IS FOR This group is great for men of all backgrounds seeking a safe and confidential space to explore thoughts, questions, expectations, and life pressures together with other men sharing similar experiences. The group support and validation in a therapeutic setting is a unique environment that is often difficult for men to find in their everyday lives. Men with any level of experience with therapy and at any phase of their social and work life will come away with valuable information, camaraderie, and support. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Each session will have a specific topic to root the discussion. We will start with a check in to give all members a chance to share and then there will be space for open discussion, questions and feedback (on or off topic).
