Workshop participants — who is invited?

The purpose of The Well Lived Woman is, first and foremost, to provide a safe, open, trusted space for women to fully be themselves. This includes ALL female-identifying persons living the female experience. Our programming is designed to uplift and support women.


While women are the core focus of our workshops, we welcome allyship in all forms. We shall consider attendance of each workshop on a case-by-case basis. If the attendance of all genders adds to the betterment of our core community, that workshop will be offered to all. When safety and openness are better achieved through a women-focused gathering, we will note it as a closed workshop for women only. We appreciate your support in making this a space of safety and openness. 

ACCESS PROGRAM

We want our workshops to be accessible to everyone in our community. The Access Program is primarily intended for the BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and marginalized communities to gain access to new resources. This program offers a limited number of spots per workshop at a reduced rate of 25-100% (most workshops have at least one Access spot available). We know you will apply with integrity and intention if you feel you qualify for this program.

Do you offer refunds on workshops?

After booking a workshop, if you yourself are not available to attend, you may always transfer your place to a friend/family member. Once you arrange the new attendee, contact us at events@welllivedwoman.com to let us know the name of the new person taking your place.


Workshops are non-refundable, however, we do offer credit on retail or future workshop purchases when you cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled workshop. 


When cancelling within 72 hours from the start of the scheduled workshop, no credit is available. 

When are the retail and workshop areas open to the public? 

Our retail hours are open to the public 11am-6pm on Tuesdays + Thursday-Sunday.


The workshop area is open to the public for our Free Work Day on Tuesdays from 10am-2pm. Beyond that, the space is available for private rental only. We invite you to inquire about reserving the space for your own meetings, events or workshops by contacting events@welllivedwoman.com.  

RETURN POLICY

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to discuss a return for exchange or store credit.


To be eligible for the exchange or store credit, please ensure your item is unused and in pristine condition in its original packaging.


To complete your return in-store, please bring your originally packaged item to the store.


To complete your return online, please email livingwell@welllivedwoman.com with your receipt, order number and reason for return and we will send a return shipping label for you to send the package back to our store.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 2-4 days for processing, packing and shipping.


If expedited shipping is needed, please email livingwell@welllivedwoman.com and we will do our best to accommodate.


We ship within the U.S. and Canada only. Shipping is via USPS ground shipping or FedEx.
