Join Natalie of Love and Alchemy for an evening of heart-centered exploration through the modality of sound and ceremonial cacao.

You will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare your cup of cacao with blends of spices & medicinal herbs. You will be provided with all of the ingredients to create your unique recipe, with light guidance from Natalie, and your own body's intuition and senses.

Together, will center in with a heart-opening cacao circle + light meditation, followed by an intuitive journaling session, and integrate with a sound journey with Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls, Gongs, and other instruments of transformation.

Cacao has been used as a ceremonial plant medicine for thousands of years as it dates back to the ancient Aztec and Mayan civilizations. It's considered a heart opener and is often known as the medicine of love. Ceremonial cacao is a powerful catalyst for all types of inner work. You may feel heightened within the physical and emotional body, including your awareness of your deepest sense of self and to your heart. You may feel expansive, blissful, connected to spirit, self, and/or others, inspired, connected to your intuition & vision, or grounded.

Sound baths take you on a journey that offers support healing on a cellular, emotional, and energetic level, facilitating a nervous system reset and bringing the mind into peace and harmony.

Natalie Valle is a multidisciplinary healer and leader in the wellness space. Based in Los Angeles, Natalie teaches from her own life experience the beauty and art of loving yourself, how to heal from negative patterns, and activate the healer within. Her background includes certifications in Soundology, Reiki Master, Chopra Institute Wellness Coach and Meditation Teacher, Dharma Coaching, Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 200), and EFT.

Working with Natalie, you can expect a healing experience that will help you transmute any negative patterns that are holding you back from feeling light, aligned, and empowered. Using different modalities that have helped her along her journey, she helps people create and design a program and experience that fits their specific needs.
