The Well Lived Woman encourages you to clean out your closet and do good. Join us for our Clothing & Housewares Swap to benefit Upward Bound House. Streamline your closet and bring us your your gently warn, but still desirable, wardrobe and accessories that you're ready to part with. Stay for the shop and swap experience where someone's old becomes your new favorite (and vice versa)! Any items not swapped will be donated to Upward Bound House.

Light refreshments will be provided.

ITINERARY

6-7pm
• Guest arrival
• Drop off your clothing to us for sorting/displaying

• Receive a shopping # according to when you arrive. To keep the process organized and chaos-free, we will assign shopping in groups according to when you arrived. First person to arrive gets the first shopping slot, etc.
• Enjoy drinks, snacks and mingling

7-9pm
• Shopping in groups (you’ll be invited to shop in the order of the # you received upon arrival.
• There will be a try-on room available if you need it.

Rules:
• Please bring desirable, high-quality items with low wear and tear.
• Your shopping experience will be limited to 15-minute time slots.
• Please take your chosen pieces with you that night. Anything un-chosen that night will be donated.

The mission of Upward Bound House (UBH) is to eliminate homelessness among families with children in our community by providing housing, supportive services, and advocacy. They strive to reduce the number of homeless families with minor children who are hungry and living on the streets of Los Angeles, by helping them access basic resources and successfully transition into their own homes with the capacity to remain there permanently.
