Rituals and cycles are a natural part of life. Tapping into the moon cycles helps us connect with ourselves, nature, and the moment we're in. It helps us remember our inner rhythms, and slow down long enough to drop into our greatest needs, desires, and truths. Circle up with other women under the Aquarius Full Moon. The circle will include a guided meditation, journaling, the use of oracle cards, and an opportunity to share with other women in the community.

Psychotherapist and a certified art therapist, Lynell Weiss, weaves together psychological theory with traditions of spirituality and mindfulness creating a safe space to explore the many layers of being a human.
