Sensual embodiment is a workshop designed to help you connect with your innate sensuality. Through specific practices that focus on breath and movement, you will explore what makes your body feel safe, and nourished, and what makes it come alive. Sensual embodiment is an exploration of pleasure and self-expression, both of which are essential for fulfilling intimate experiences. In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn how to open and soften your heart & body, connect with the fullness of your sensuality, and rediscover the magic and power of your erotic wisdom.
